Select Board approves Holly Haines for Board of Registrars

RUTLAND — Select Board appoints Holly Haines to Registrars, backs revised RDIC charge. The four-member board unanimously approved the three-year appointment and adopted an expanded charge for the Rutland Development and Industrial Commission following dissolution of the Economic Development Commission. Town Administrator Heather Butler reported two MVP grant applications underway for forestry stewardship and culvert repair on Pommogussett Road, and said two RFPs will open this week for Wood House lease and real estate brokerage for two tax title properties.
Torenzo Volpicelli of Roselli Clark & Associates presented a clean FY25 financial audit; the Town funds its OPEB liability at 9.5 percent.
