RUTLAND — Planning Board unanimously adopts subdivision escrow policy, appoints member to Earthworks Board. The Board approved the Subdivision Consultant Escrow Review policy to clarify language governing 53G accounts in current subdivision rules and regulations, and unanimously recommended Alexander Maus for appointment to the Earthworks Board as the Planning Board's representative after Lauren Williams determined she could not serve. Town Administrator Heather Butler reported the Town Planner position will remain vacant until after the May Annual Town Meeting due to potential FY2027 budget cuts.
