Planning Board · Meeting of June 24, 2026

Rutland Planning Board Bylaws Subcommittee continues subdivision regulations revision. The subcommittee met to advance its technical review of proposed subdivision regulation updates covering design standards and improvements, with four members present. Attendees unanimously approved minutes from the prior June 10 meeting and approved revised language simplifying detention/retention basin requirements and removing ductile iron specifications.

The group deferred decisions on three provisions pending staff consultation on stormwater reduction justifications, utility setback changes, and pre-development site clearing. Review resumes July 8, 2026.
