Conservation Commission approves Order for East County Road wetland work

Rutland Conservation Commission approves wetland work order with special flow condition. The Commission unanimously issued an Order of Conditions for pipe replacement at 567 East County Road in the wetland buffer zone, requiring work during minimal to no-flow conditions; the application, represented by Glenn Krevosky, had been continued from the prior month. In other actions, the Commission found a Certificate of Compliance application at 311 Pleasantdale Road from C.B.

Blair Development incomplete, citing missing riverfront documentation, deed restriction proof, and an engineer letter. Site visits are scheduled for August 8 to address ongoing compliance issues at Brice Estates and runoff concerns on Brintnal Drive.
