Conservation Commission · Meeting of July 7, 2026
RUTLAND — The Rutland Conservation Commission voted unanimously to support a proposed Conservation Restriction for the Dolan Farm at 122 Pleasantdale Rd., paving the way for its sale to a Native American tribe that will maintain the property as working farmland. Members Brian Bjorklund, Mary Hunt, Glenda Williamson, and Timothy Keenan approved the action. In permitting actions, the Commission approved an Order of Conditions for 199 Glenwood Rd., extended an existing permit at 16 Emerald Rd. for three years, and issued Certificates of Compliance for properties at 101 Glenwood Place Ext. and 89 Maple Ave.
The Commission also authorized FY2027 dues payments to the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissions and voted to permanently relocate meetings to the Annex Conference Room.
