Bylaw Committee votes to recommend two members for reappointment

RUTLAND — The Bylaw Committee unanimously recommends two members for new three-year terms ending in 2029. Chair Barbara Ruchala and member Lionel Carbonneau were recommended for reappointment by colleagues; committee clerk Kumara Govardhan will notify the Select Board. In related actions, the committee unanimously abandoned Earthworks bylaw work pending further Select Board guidance and voted to carry forward Finance Committee bylaw work pending updates from that committee.

Vice Chair Mike Pantos, Jr. continues drafting resident guidelines for recommending or requesting new bylaws.
