Rutland Select Board approved a $1.85 million short-term borrowing for a fire ladder truck and set a 2.5 percent water and sewer rate increase for FY27 at its June 22 meeting. The board accepted a bid from Greenfield Cooperative Bank at 3.25 percent interest for a one-year bond anticipation note dated July 6, 2026.
