RUTLAND — Planning Board Bylaw Subcommittee approves December minutes and schedules February grant presentation. Tim Nahrwold's subcommittee voted 5-0 to accept the December 3, 2025 minutes, with Keith Tuttle arriving after the tally. CMRPC is set to present a DLTA grant shared with Douglas, Massachusetts on February 4 at 6 p.m., following a site plan review update expected by mid-February.
The subcommittee identified lot-size regulations as the next bylaw priority, tasking members with reviewing R40 and R60 zoning districts, open space design options, and related configuration issues ahead of the next meeting.
