Nine Deeds Recorded in Rutland in Late July, Led by Maple Avenue Cluster

Nine property deeds were recorded in Rutland between July 17 and Aug. 15, though all nine were dated July 17 or July 20, with no recordings in the following three and a half weeks. None of the transactions disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported. Maple Avenue saw the most activity, with four separate addresses, 271, 65, 189 and 193 Maple Ave., all changing hands in the same four-day window. Financial institutions, including Digital Federal Credit Union, Cornerstone Bank and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., appeared as sellers of record in four of the nine deeds. Buyer names were not listed on eight of the nine transactions.
