East County Road saw the most activity, with three separate recorded transfers, including two condominium units at the same Unit 139 address. The remaining eight transfers, spanning Haven Hill Drive, Haven Hill Road, Main Street, Joanna Drive, Brooke Haven Drive and Turkey Hill Road, carried no price recorded yet. With 80% of transfers lacking a recorded price, the data does not support a read on overall market direction this period.
