Rutland sales pace holds steady though most prices go unreported
Rutland recorded 10 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 3, but only two disclosed a sale price: a $402,550 condominium sale at 139 E County Rd. Unit 139 and a $100,000 transfer to All One Credit Union, yielding a reported median of $251,275. East County Road saw the most activity, with three separate recorded transfers, including two condominium units at the same Unit 139 address. The remaining eight transfers, spanning Haven Hill Drive, Haven Hill Road, Main Street, Joanna Drive, Brooke Haven Drive and Turkey Hill Road, carried no disclosed price. With 80% of transfers undisclosed, the data does not support a read on overall market direction this period.
