Rutland Records 11 Property Transfers as Deeds Omit Sale Prices
Rutland recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Aug. 11, 2026, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported for the period. The most distinctive pattern was a cluster of two condominium sales in the same building at 176 Maple Ave., plus four transfers involving banks or mortgage companies, including Citizens Bank NA, Bank of America NA and CrossCountry Mortgage LLC, as grantor or grantee.
