One of 12 Rutland Property Sales Carries a Posted Price So Far
Twelve property deeds were recorded in Rutland from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3, but only one carried a posted sale price: $153,000 for a Rutland property sold Sept. 9 to Emerald Land Holdings Inc. by Amy E. Sheridan and Amy E. Sheridan Wilkinson. The other 11 recorded transfers, including two each on Barrack Hill Road and Pleasantdale Road, are listed with price not yet available, which is typical for recently filed deeds. Several sellers share the Sheridan surname across multiple deeds, and other transfers list bank, trustee or estate sellers. With price data still largely pending, the period's market tone cannot yet be assessed from sale prices alone.
