RUTLAND — Planning Board approves monument sign at Harmony Place, addresses Brice Estates construction issues. Board Chair Norm Anderson reported that developer Clea Blair Jr. immediately cleaned up debris on Woodside Avenue in Phase IV after Board contact; members Alexander Maus and Lauren Williams directed staff to follow up in writing with Select Board member Leah Whiteman and recommended adopting electronic files for better documentation. Board members Maus, Anderson, Tim Nahrwold, and Keith Tuttle signed a Phase IV covenant release after learning a planned sidewalk along Main Street was removed due to complications with Main Street being a state road, and DPW Director Chris Kolofsky approved the culvert design change.
The Board unanimously approved the Harmony Place monument sign decision.
