Planning Board · Meeting of June 9, 2026
RUTLAND — Planning Board unanimously endorses ANR lot creation and recommends associate member. The board approved an application to create a buildable lot at 132 Main St. under the ANR plan, finding it met zoning frontage and area requirements. John Wamback, a former Master Plan Steering Committee member, was unanimously recommended for the vacant Associate Member seat, pending joint appointment by the Select Board at its June 22 meeting.
The board also cleared two Zoning Board of Appeals applications without comment and learned that developer Clea Blair, Jr. has agreed to complete road repairs on Woodside Ave. after consultation with DPW Director Chris Kolofsky.
