Rutland Deed Filings Show Eight Transfers, Just One Recorded Sale Price
The Worcester County Registry of Deeds recorded eight property transfers in Rutland between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only one deed had a sale price recorded: $25,000, recorded July 28 with seller David B. Shamlian and buyers CrossCountry Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.

Shamlian and buyers CrossCountry Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. The other seven transfers, spanning Maple Avenue, Prescott Street, Mark Circle, Brooke Haven Drive, Main Street and East County Road, did not list a consideration amount. Maple Avenue saw two separate transfers. Several deeds involved mortgage lenders or trusts as sellers. With price data recorded on just one of eight filings, the period's records offer limited basis for judging local market conditions.
