RUTLAND — Finance Committee recommends three street acceptances for Special Town Meeting. Chair Tom Ruchala moved to recommend favorable action on all three warrant articles, seconded by Ted Purcell, after the Select Board confirmed its agreement to layout the ways following December 22 public hearings. The motion passed 5-0-1, with Ludwig Haber abstaining and Darren Ross participating remotely.
The committee also noted receipt of Town Counsel's response to questions about discretionary regional school district budget presentation and scheduled discussion for the next meeting.
