RUTLAND — Capital Improvement Planning Committee appoints Adam Sarnik to the board unanimously. Chair Daniel Gracey, Vice Chair Chris Borreson, and Clerk Annemarie Govardhan approved the new member without recorded dissent. The committee also reviewed pending capital requests from the Library, Recreation Department, and Community Center but deferred action pending follow-up, directing staff to provide itemized cost breakdowns, scope details, and usage metrics before the requests move forward.

Next meeting is scheduled for February 5 at 6:00 p.m.
