RUTLAND — Planning Board Bylaws Subcommittee schedules mid-April CMRPC presentation on subdivision rules. Chair Tim Nahrwold reported that Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission staff member Gabe Trevor is developing a site plan bylaw and subdivision regulations update funded by a DLTA grant; the subcommittee provided Trevor with five active builders and Quinn Engineering as stakeholder contacts. Members Tim Nahrwold, Norman Anderson, and Alex Maus asked to verify with Trevor whether slope regulations can be implemented and whether similar rules exist elsewhere before adoption.
