Planning Board · Meeting of March 24, 2026
RUTLAND — Planning Board approves monument sign and endorses lot divisions. The board unanimously approved a 32.5-square-foot non-illuminated monument sign for Harmony Place on Fidelity Drive and endorsed an Approval Not Required plan dividing 235 Glenwood Rd. into three conforming lots of 70,000-plus square feet each. Chair Norm Anderson noted that property owner Joshua Therrien would still need a separate common driveway permit.
The board also voted 4–0–1 to sign the site plan decision for a two-lot common driveway at 26 and 28 Emerald Road, with developer Jim Harrity confirming the driveways do not cross a natural spring on the property.
