RUTLAND — Planning Board endorses two ANR plans and approves multiple surety reductions. The Board unanimously endorsed an ANR plan for Matthew Erskine's Peters Avenue parcel and another for Roger Wykes at 33 Wheeler Road, while approving surety reductions across five subdivisions totaling $790,494.84. In a separate 3-2 vote, the Board assessed a $4,200 fine against C.B.
Blair Development for violation of the Scenic Roads Bylaw on Brintnal Drive, payable by February 14, 2026; the developer stated he would appeal.
