Planning Board · Meeting of May 26, 2026
RUTLAND — Planning Board reorganizes with Norm Anderson as Chair following town election. Tim Nahrwold was elected Vice Chair and Lauren Williams as Clerk, while Alexander Maus raised concerns about meeting tenor and board leadership. The Board unanimously approved a minor modification to the Brice Estates Phase IV culvert design following consultation with the Conservation Commission, DPW Director, and resolution of the matter with MassDEP and DCR.
Nahrwold was appointed Planning Board delegate to CMRPC and to the Planning Board Bylaw Subcommittee through June 30, 2029, and noted this would be his final term on the Planning Board. The Board also extended the street tree-planting deadline for three roads from May 31 to June 14, 2026.
