Rutland Planning Board approves estate lot and behavioral health center site plan. The board unanimously endorsed an ANR and special permit for an estate lot at 43 Davis Street on behalf of applicant Mary Hatstat, and unanimously approved a site plan for Ryan MacKay to convert a residential property at 80 Hillside Road into a behavioral health facility for children and families with disabilities. Lauren Williams resigned as Associate Planning Board Member, and the board authorized advertising the vacant position.
Fire Chief Seth Knipe presented long-standing flow-testing requirements for Hilltop Estates, and the board agreed to require the developer to conduct a certified hydrant test within two weeks of road base-coat installation.
