Board of Assessors · Meeting of February 10, 2026

Rutland Board of Assessors approves solar exemption, grading schedule, and assessor budget increase. The Board voted unanimously to formalize the town's longstanding practice of exempting solar installations from taxation, developed with input from the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers and Vision Government Solutions.
