RUTLAND — Conservation Commission lifts Prescott Street cease order and issues new one for Bond Road. The Commission voted unanimously to rescind the Cease & Desist at 40 Prescott St. after property owner Mary Moody explained she was spreading gravel to address a muddy driveway with no excavation or expansion, then voted unanimously to issue a C&D for tree-clearing work at 59 Bond Rd., with Administrative Assistant Tomeca Murphy directed to coordinate with the Holden Conservation Commission. The Commission approved using the revolving fund to purchase standardized wetland signage, with member Tim Keenan tasked with obtaining bulk-pricing, and agreed to co-host a public information session on April 21st with the Bylaw Committee to explain the floodplain bylaw before its May town meeting vote.
