Rutland Conservation Commission approves wetland regulations and issues Ridge Road Order of Conditions. Chair Melissa Danza oversaw unanimous approval of the draft wetland regulations after a public hearing produced no comment, with any identified Scribner errors to be corrected. The Commission also unanimously issued an Order of Conditions for Elbag Brothers, Inc. on Ridge Road (Lot 1), a continued application, requiring large boulders along the eastern driveway after applicant Mark Elbag, Jr. revised plans to address Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection comments.
The Commission unanimously recommended re-appointment of member Glenda Williamson and discussed a proposal to clear trees on Hillside Road for a beef barn, asking the applicant for a detailed sketch before further action.
