Rutland Conservation Commission approves six Woodside Avenue residential lots and extends Brintnal Estates permit. Chair Melissa Danza and four members unanimously issued Orders of Conditions for six consecutive Woodside Avenue lots owned by Brice Estates, Inc., after reviewing revised plans, with four lots receiving special conditions restricting erosion control methods and requiring permanent wetland signage. The Commission also approved a pool installation at 64 Woodside Avenue contingent on off-site drainage and granted a three-year extension of the Order of Conditions for Brintnal Estates on Grizzly Drive.
In parallel business, the Commission advanced work on a draft flood plain bylaw for the May Annual Town Meeting in consultation with the Bylaw Committee.
